Another week of work and normal life passes, Rae meets a new Curio Shop worker, who tells her if she continues to collect enough evidence, she can buy a keycard off him for the door at the secret lab. Rae does not dwell on how he got a hold of one, simply grateful that he's willing to sell.

Realising she needs more information, Rae heads to the bar again, looking for a military worker to stick a bug too this time. She successfully chats up what looks like a grunt, managing to snatch a quick hug and a quick plant without the guy noticing.

After a busy day of rifling through science papers she kinda understands and computer files that talk about weird plants and potentially extraterrestial life, Rae decides to finish her day with a quick little listen into a bug she planted on another scientist and feeding her cowplant, Smoochums.

After a week of very important science work, the weekend comes and Rae decides to check out the mysterious science lab that has the town a whisperin' in the bars. Strange plants seem to be in abundance here, a weird feeling in the air, almost heavy with promise of exciting discovery.

Work finished and dinner had, Rae decides to head out to meet some more locals. Most of them seem to be relatively normal compared to the visitor she had the other day, though she did hear about a shut down lab and mysterious plants that have been popping up everywhere.

After earning her degree at University, Rae manages to get into a sweet Scientist job, jumping in at a higher level. Though at her first day of work, she still seemed to of gotten stuck with some grunt work.

I did send Rae to University first, with aging off, just cause it made sense in my head. Didn't take too many photos of her there, just this one of her falling over during a keg stand and one of her fighting her roommate in their room. She had a good time at Uni and made some friends (and enemies) 🤣
