Absolutely, and I get it, fandom is different than being the athlete. I go nuts just like everybody else at times, but more often than not I enjoy watching the season progress... Game to game, week to week, and verbalize assessments as needed. Otherwise, you’re repeating your insanity into the void.

I’ve always understood it to be an abbreviation of “les habitants”, the informal name given in the 17th century to the original settlers of "New France." Some people think its logo related, but the H inside the C stands for the hockey team's official name, le Club de Hockey Canadien and not Habs.

They miss Guhle, obviously, quite a bit.

The perfect time for me to chime in that sports much like life simply can’t keep up with the infinite time social media has for those that love to see themselves giving endless opinions. They lost, got smoked, sucked two games in a row. It happens, long season. The end. #GoHabsGo
