Mina knows football. Listen to her. She talks about personnel packages, team needs, play calls, and so many more subtleties of the game, the business, and the impact on the league. Only dumb, ignorant, hateful people would be so toxic about DEI. She’s qualified for her job. Period.

I wouldn’t call it a quota though. But yes to everything else.
