Nobody warns you that when an avoidant person (me) starts actually communicating instead of disappearing/holding it in/ shutting down, you cry all the fucking time. Like, it's so annoying like can you just talk like- damn it's never that serious but my nervous system don't know that.

behind my deadline because of course i am, i finally finished my substack post at 3.7k words… now onto the companion blog post 🫡
over 3,000 words and counting…
anyway i’m almost 1,500 words into my substack post and i still have yet to start drafting the companion blog piece, but so far it’s turning out to be my most essay-like piece and even tho im referencing tweets, tiktoks, and reality tv throughout im having a great time
