This pretty much sums up the massive disparity in wealth and power between the west and the rest, N&S.
CoP29 and all other multilateral negotiations are never a level playing field.
The rich eat it all while the crumbs are thrown to the rest.
In thinking about what rich nations owe the developing world, here’s something to keep in mind:

The average American emits more CO₂ in one week than an average person in low-income countries does in one year.
