The headline isn’t entirely accurate but it’s a mixed decision.
They say Trump can indeed use the act— but he has to go through the court and they have to give “reasonable time” for the people they accuse to do this.
They also bar any immediate flights. Its them trying to project they’re “fair”

Go ahead and point to me which of these numbers is 290, the vote threshold needed to pass an ammendment — as well as list me the 14 dem senators who are going to flip to get to 67 votes in the other chamber.
