My guide to whether you should look for a new law job.

How do you feel when you get to work?

1. Dread: Oh God, not this again

2. Stress: I have so much to do today (but I generally like the work)

3. Joy: I love this job!

1 = look for new job (obvs)

3 = don't (also obvs)

2 = probably stay

Department of Defense Law of War Manual, Sec. 18.3.2.1 states the "requirement" to refuse illegal orders.

What’s its key example? Wait for it . . . It’s "orders to fire upon the shipwrecked."

"Strong floor and no ceiling" is a great way for Democrats to say "we love billionaires, we don't care about wealth inequality, and, if the strong floor is in the lowest levels of hell, that's fine with us as well."

Why can't the Democrats embrace a slogan with real kick, like "Make the Billionaires Pay"?

We all know why.
No value, no villain, no vision. Sounds like the tagline for the earnings call of a collapsing appliance retailer

Bash: "Do you believe if there was a second strike to eliminate any survivors that it constitutes a war crime?"

Mark Kelly: "It seems to."

Bash: "If you received that order, would you have carried it out?"

Mark Kelly: "No…Going after survivors in the water is unlawful."

That approval rating is pretty much the floor for Trump, right?

I mean, there’s about 35% who will literally support him *no matter what*.
Gallup poll | 11/3-11/25

President Trump approval
Disapprove 60% (+6)
Approve 36% (-5)

While always talking tough on law and order, Trump has been diverting crime fighting resources from combatting drug cartels & child traffickers to pursuing his favorite cause—undocumented immigrants with no prior criminal record.

Trump—more bluster, less safety for American families.

It’s wrong to lump all top Trump people in one category. There are differences among them. But they do seem to fall into three (sometimes overlapping) categories:

• Ordinary criminals (grift and corruption).

• Sex criminals.

• War criminals.

I hate arguments about college football rankings, but Sarkisian just made a pretty compelling, concise case for Texas in the on-field interview.
