Always a good time to be back in Houston where I had the chance to present some of my work on Ultra-Rapid ddPCR from the @giladevrony lab (in collaboration with @DanOrringerMD) at #CNS2024. I did forget about Houston's 90+ degree October heat though 😅

(2/2) Our method enriches 1% heteroduplex DNA 40-fold and achieves complete purification of 5% heteroduplex DNA. Further, we enriched CRISPR-induced indel mutation between 1-4bp, to show the potential of this technology as a tool in molecular biology.
