Sad reflection on the judiciary of a country so proud of its democracy, they fell quickly under this administration. If you get free of the corruption an improved independent judiciary needs to emerge. One where no one is above the law, especially Supreme Court judges challenging the constitution!

Does this open the way to a private action for compensation? No idea of US law but in the UK I think it might? I hope so for all those who unfairly lost their jobs and the impact of that unfair dismissal.
