Recently I've become addicted to trading some books in my collection that I know I'm never going to read again in for books that I really want to read.

Don't know why I didn't think about trading before, but I've been offloading a lot of junk and getting in a lot of goodies.

Personally, I don't think we should ever race swap Batman.

He's character is contingent on him having access to white privilege.

I really wanted to love the first 6 issues of Ultimate Black Panther.

I'm a sucker for in depth world building, government espionage and political stories.

But man, these 6 issues feel like they could have been condensed into 3.

Regardless, I'm very curious to see what happens.

Does anyone ever go on auto pilot when reading a book?

Like you read the words and process what is happening, but you don't think about it actively enough to truly appreciate what the author is trying to communicate.

I just did that when trying to read Uncanny X-Force

Now I gotta re read it lol

Content creation is crazy cuz I'll make like 5 videos In 2 days, get burnt out for a week, then a week later make 5 more videos, rinse and repeat

Finally read the first 5 issues of Ultimate X-Men.

Reads like a high school drama mystery paired with some gnarly horror elements.

This has got to be the most transformative take on the X Men yet.

Excited to see where it goes.
