🆕 Too many teenagers are facing abuse in their relationships

From nearly 11,000 young people aged 13–17:
• 1in10 experienced emotional or physical abuse
• 1in5 avoided school because of a partner
• 41% of girls & 37% of boys in relationships reported abuse

Online spaces are exposing young people to harmful content.

From our survey of nearly 11,000 teenagers, 82% told us they’d seen posts discussing harm towards specific groups.

✨New to the Toolkit, ‘Communities that care’ (CtC).

Evidence suggests that CtC may reduce violence by 10%, but due to a variation of results across 7 studies, we have very low confidence with our estimate.
