Traveling soon? Buses, trains, airplanes, and other forms of transportation often have poor ventilation. You've been on a bus or plane and couldn't escape the fuel fumes, right? It is the same thing, except there's no fumes to warn you, and airborne viruses kill and disable. #MaskUp love, me

Even breathing quietly is enough to spread or catch SARS-CoV-2, the FLU, RSV, and other airborne viruses that build up in indoor spaces. A “well-fitted respirator” means an N95, KN95, or KF94. Human heads, ears, hair, noses, and chins are shaped differently, so need differently shaped respirators. If you find a mask uncomfortable, it might be that it doesn’t fit right. Find one that fits your face well. Unlike paper masks or “baggy blues,” these actually trap and capture viral particles. Masks with headstraps are usually better fitting.
