Would do again. I made the rub with some dried shitake, fresh rosemary and Montreal blend seasoning.

I set up the tub early February and let it sit for a month while adding plants from local ponds and my other aquariums. It's got a small canister filter set up from an old aquarium. The fish have been in since the last frost and are already pumping out babies.

A couple inches of play sand amended with laterite and some plant spikes on the bottom. The sand was actually last year's bottom composted over the winter with the irises still in it under the old tub.

About 2 hours at 200F to get a medium rare.

People should cross borders just as freely as capital.
