Like the transactional sociopath that he is, Trump is selling our foreign enemies the ability to fortify and supercharge their escalating cyber-espionage efforts against the United States. In the Trump 2.0 authoritarian regime, cold, hard cash trumps national defense and security every time.
The reason we don’t sell H200, and other advanced chips to China is that they have dual-use (military and civilian) capability.
These will help China improve their AI, surveillance, and cyber espionage capability.
