@pwhl--seattle.bsky.social named their first head coach in franchise history as Steve O’Rourke was hired.
O’Rourke spent 2 years with the OHL’s Oshawa Generals as an assistant coach before being promoted to head coach for 2024-25.

In the PWHL finals, they played the equivalent of over 16 periods (321m 8s). Minnesota scored 7 goals; Ottawa 5. That's a total of 12 goals in over 16 periods of play. If the league wants to increase scoring, don't bother with more innovative rules. Just get the refs to ENFORCE THE RULEBOOK!!

I can deal with calls being wrong but when the review centre constantly gets calls wrong, it’s time for a change. The PWHL needs to be much better at those calls. It’s embarrassing at this point.

@thepwhl.com this officiating is EMBARRASSING. It's always questionable but this Ottawa v NY game is just unacceptable. Have they read the rule book? It doesn't seem like it!
