I usually top the stuffing waffle with cranberry sauce or thinly sliced turkey and gravy - or both!

I dont have a fritter recipe, but i've been making waffles out of leftover stuffing this year!

grease the waffle iron(Pam works)

mix up about 1/4 cup of bisquick (I follow box instructions)
mix with leftover stuffing. you can add chicken stock if it's too dry,
cram in waffle iron and let waffle!
