Whereas semaglutide's SELECT trial saw an average 10.2% 4 year sustained loss. Meanwhile tirzepatide's recently released SURMOUNT-4 study reported that at 88 weeks, the average loss was a near bariatric surgery level of 25.3% with no signs suggestive of pending regains
