Went to the gym for the first time in uhh... 12 years, and almost tumbled down the stairs out of there afterwards. Legs wet spaghetti.
and I didn't even do much, i have like a light physiotherapy routine made for me and the few 70+ year olds in there 😂
I fit right in with those homies.
