I've recently gotten into sharpening kitchen knives. Everyone has their favorite sharpness test, but for me, one stands above all: can the knife easily chop fresh basil without *any* bleeding?

It is not easy, but for someone using fresh basil constantly, the sharpness is crucial.

Here is an old screenshot of my portable workhouse: browsing arxiv, writing up math in vim and managing files through termux in an android tablet.

Once upon a time, almost the entire extended ASCII code set was printable in Codepage 437. I grew up with that character set and learned to read binary files quite well in it. In an effort to relive those days, I made a little program that prints binary files in the CP437 charset.

My lovely Emerald of Chivor; by far the most impressive (if not very practical) ink I have. The bottle certainly does justice to its contents!
