Yes they are, it’s a bit subtle (it’s just a hue shift) and it’s present when you go fast (for example when you dive using S)

Or I could put a warning at the start of the game and make the player chose directly instead of hiding the toggle in the options (?)

for most of the games i buy i don't look at the reviews, but also most of the game i buy are also recommended by word of mouth

Also, this changes when i buy for someone else, i usually go watch the reviews to see if the game is worth buying to them
