Today, we say farewell to my first PhD student Dr Yuling Yuan. We first met in 2019 and it's been remarkable for her outstanding achievement. She left profound legacy in my group as a role model. She will be missed. So long, Yuling. Wish you all the best!

I am very pleased to see my first PhD student Yuling Yuan has passed her PhD defense and now Dr Yuan is official. I have spent fabulous 6 years with her since she came as a MSc student. She did a great job and set a high standard in my group. Well done and wish you a smooth sailing future.

I'm indeed planning to attend with some interesting and yet unpublished data about water oxidation. Hope I will be able to make it cos many friends and colleagues will be there too. Exciting.
