Social Media is like any other tool, you need to use it pragmatically. A good friend said to me that in today's day and age. although is not important to have much social media influence, it is important to have a presence and I think that is very true.

I even got my wife to buy near the ATH in 2021 — convinced her not to sell — and now she’s glad I did.

For those who have kids, just through observing mine, I don't know what I would do if my eldest son didn't have his brother. It's like he has a partner in crime and I find it peculiar that the replacement rate is 2.1 kids per household, it's as though it is what nature intended.
