Yknow, what I love about English specifically is its messy MAXIMALISM. It's like a weird wonderful fashion friend with her closets full of vintage treasures, plus her new DIY designs, her upcycles, a skirt made of neckties, underwear as outerwear, and oh you like this kaftan? It's a *loanword.*

I hear Vegas also has a lot of AYCE sushi, though I can't attest to whether or not it's any good.

Even entirely ignoring that it's supposed to be open source, the ability to wall-mount it is a game changer.

Those datacenters were/are doing a lot more than just “storing and analyzing data for marketing purposes”, just as the “AI datacenters” do a lot more than just AI. In particular: streaming video is a *much* larger power consumer than AI, and was/is a primary driver of datacenter demand.

2022 ain't when big tech started building massive datacenters; that started happening at least a decade or so earlier, when The Cloud™ became the buzzword of the day.
Meanwhile, that significant jump lines up with the biggest US inflation spike since 1981.
