In this book, some main characters are Jewish, but it’s a high fantasy book with elves. There’s a lot of unwritten historical context in it with antisemitism themes and it’s a good read.

The garden is picking up steam! I thought some of the tomato plants were green zebras, but they’re turning yellow and orange, so who knows!
At this rate, I’ll be bringing overflow to the bar on Sundays for Brunch/“Church”.
I have also let several dog walkers know that they should pick freely.

Stanley cups are just fancy Big Gulps.
I am not afraid to admit that I own one and use it mostly for “chunky water” (lots of ice in my water) daily around the house and got into this habit while recuperating from a surgery. It was a gift from a nurse friend a couple years ago 💙🥰

2) reading The Hunger Games (first time) and seeing it as a possible future with our current gvmt’s trajectory.
