Fair. I dont know enough about Hamilton CC to offer amy real solutions, I just know in Yeg we structured wards so nearly all some connection to inner urbanish communities.

if you remove Edmonton’s abundant green space its actually pretty dense, esp when compared to its usa equivalents.
