only reason I’m about to be able to live on my own is because the house I’m in my mom moved out of and we’ve been tenants here for 10 years and despite no longer having a roommate I lucked out and got a job where it doesn’t matter

Yeah rents gone up a lot but it’s cheaper than living somewhere new

Apparently ai is also affecting college students who aren’t even using it, teachers will use a program to check for ai in their work and students who did the whole assignment themselves will still get flagged for ai
