Hubby has just received diagnosis of acute Achilles tendinitis. Needed X-ray and ultrasound - out of pocket cost $65. Saw GP $ physio - out of pocket. He’s a teacher - school principal has advised he’ll move all classes to ground level next to classroom on return. Australia is awesome

Science and religion are actually friends. Scientist’s study the handiwork of God. I don’t understand why some consider the two things to be opposed.

Hubby and I approaching our 30th wedding anniversary. We had planned on travelling from Australia to New York to celebrate. I see now USA listed with countries committing human rights abuses plus travel warnings. New Zealand a better choice methinks.

Hubby had sore eye yesterday. Today was worse. Presented to emergency. Tests, scans. Doctor called ophthalmologist. Eye ulcer. Drops needed. 4 hours, 2 nurses, 2 Drs. Medication. Cost? $33. Thanks Australia
