I have to ask you what's your opinion on monochrome textured (eg. cabled) socks in formalwear? Kinda like those but in more appropriate colors (those are example photos of men's socks by a knitting pattern designer so ofc one can knit them any color)

Before colonization, Salish people didn't raise sheep, they bred dogs for their wool (and if you've ever combed a dog you know why!). These dogs were driven to extinction by colonizers, but the Salish are looking for genetically similar dogs in the area: www.theguardian.com/world/2024/j...
