Most of the medicines are missing in Gaza, but there are some pharmacies that are available, but they are very expensive. I mean, we are talking about the lowest price, which is 170 shekels at the moment, and God knows that food is very expensive.

My mother has diabetes and high blood pressure. I need $30 per day. I swear to God Almighty that the prices are very expensive.

I hope my friends will help me because honestly I need to buy food
