The environment here is full of homophobia,& transgender people, like myself,are isolated by the community. I was born HIV positive, but I am unable to access the treatment and care I need. My health &my baby's health is deteriorating, and I feel helpless. Unfortunately, there are no organization

I am a transgender woman from Uganda, currently living in the Gorom refugee camp in south Sudan. My situation is very difficult, I lack access to food, medication, clothes and other basic needs.
