Zahndrekh reminds me of Thrawn. Both are brilliant military strategists, many lords/aristrocra hate 'em & their stories are written from other character's POVs.
I've been wondering if the name Zahndrekh is based on Timothy Zahn's. (If so I adore the tribute so much! 💚💙)
