I would suggest people read The Holocaust Industry by Norm Finkelstein, which is about how Zionism attempts to exploit the suffering of jews during the nazi holocaust to create an exceptionalist narrative that "genocide" can only apply to jews and not to anyone else.
Chattel slavery was a full blown genocide that lasted two hundred fifty years. I have absolutely no interest in downplaying its severity. It is legitimately one of the worst crimes against humanity ever committed.

It's pretty much universally acknowledged that this site is the most overtly hostile to Palestinian fundraisers, and you still get people saying "this is the good place" and "at least it's not Twitter"
