I left X a while back, but I’m glad Dem politicians are posting there, otherwise it’ll just be an echo chamber for MAGAts. Maybe if they see what Dems are about, they’ll potentially flip? Or is that too much to hope for?

This is in advance of a corporate spin off. Comcast is moving MSNBC, CNBC and USA to a separate entity. Why? It’s being prepared for sale. What billionaire could be in the market to buy a news channel? It rhymes with

That’s not really a great idea. Then only the already wealthy will be willing/able to serve in Congress, or they’ll be even more beholden to corporate money or they’ll be on the grift because otherwise they won’t be able to afford to take the job.

“You can’t think the thoughts if you don’t have the words to think them with.” To add to that, when they’ve made it so the masses don’t have the words to think for themselves, they’ll tell the masses what to think. And then you have a reality show clown as a president.
