Do I believe Luigi Mangione was right to commit murder? NO.

Was the CEO of United Healthcare an innocent man? NO; he chose personal gain over human life on a large scale.

Should Mangione receive the death penalty? NO.

I believe in the humanity of transformative justice.

I don’t know if it is true yet, but I read that the current administration is aiming to take away married women’s voting rights because they do not have their same name from birth. Seems silly, but IF if were true, then based on that logic, this means Kanye (Aka: Ye) cannot vote. #silverlinings

Anyone who utilizes deflection or personal attacks during a debate is not intelligent or informed enough to be part of the conversation.

On behalf of everyone in Georgia who is not part of a cult, Marjorie Taylor Greene is a disgrace to her position and she does not represent the state of Georgia.

Our president knows that Executive Orders are not meant to be his personal opinion journals, right?

He knows that every time he is offended or has a random toilet thought that he does not need to turn it into an Executive Order, right?

Feel the aliveness in your fingertips, toes, and heartbeat—it’s proof of love within you and a reminder that this finite life is worth savoring fully. Let that feeling expand and envelop you today like a warm hug.

There is a difference between the Republican party and the Trump party. When deciding what you support and what is not for you, please remember what Republicans once stood for and let that stand true today. You reserve the right to not ride or die if it doesn’t meet your ethics.

That urge to move out of state and start over is a trauma response. When faced with great discomfort, your body will often experience a charge of energy that desires to be moved and released. Imagining moving away and starting over is one way to lightly engage with that charge without uprooting.

Embodied pleasure matters at all times. It resources us to experience a balanced nervous system, it prolongs our lives, and it fills our own cup so we may serve others well. Prioritize pleasure in your own body each day.

Reminder: All of this *gestures to the Trump/Musk shitshow* is awful, but we who experience privilege through white genetics can still take action to reconcile the wrongdoings of our ancestors by supporting black-owned businesses, showing up at rallies, and speaking out against racial injustices.

When we allow ourselves to become disconnected from our pleasure, we become disconnected from our body’s primal + wild wisdom, leading our minds to become easier to control. Reclaiming pleasure is an act of courageously embodied rebellion in a puritanical culture.

My heart feels heavy.
My belly aches.
My conscious mind wants to take action against injustices, but my body is asking for rest and healing.
If you are also feeling the need to fill your own cup before you can offer yourself, you are not alone.
Take care of your needs. ❤️

These women didn’t sit down, stay quiet, or ask for permission—they broke the rules and changed the world. Role models.

We should add Bishop Mariann Budde to the list.

I don’t want to have or be “Ride or Die” friends. Don’t lie on my behalf or enable my worst self to thrive in chaos. That has never and will never be it. I cherish the sisters who hold one-another accountable in our own BS. We anchor to truth and kindness & empower one-another to rise. RISE or Die.

Love is the highest frequency. Love can heal. It can activate repair genes. So call your friends. Connect with your loved ones. Hug like you are reuniting at an airport. That love is what can get us through any obstacle.

Trans rights and women’s reproductive autonomy are being stripped away right in front of us. Meanwhile, we're distracted by banning TikTok, fact-checkers, and renaming the Gulf of Mexico. Just don’t look up, right?

International unity is not a pipe dream. Despite the threats from our President Elect, Mexico, Canada, and South Africa have all showed up to help save humans and wildlife from the LA fires. Remember this moment.

We, as living creatures of Earth, do not belong to a country—we belong to one-another.

Often times, our discomfort is actually our body confronting desire and fear all at once. When we allow ourselves to be present with that fear, it dissolves into safety, allowing more spaciousness for self discovery.

Guilt says, "I made a mistake."
Shame says, "I am a mistake."
The difference is profound. Guilt can motivate change, but shame keeps you stuck. Let’s start untying shame’s grip by asking ourselves: Is this belief even true? Spoiler: It’s not.
