Yesterday as I was driving back to Glasgow to visit the maw I stopped at a fuel station and there was one of those trucks that transfer sheep and cows to the slaughterhouse.
I could see all their wee worried faces looking out the gaps. Properly got tears in my eyes. Fucking horrible.

We decided to jump on the boat over to Inversnaid today. Spent a few hours walking along the west highland way, had a beer and got the boat back. Perfect Sunday

20 years ago my girlfriend at the time and I were sitting chatting in her room and a male voice suddenly shouted her name in a loud whisper, like, a hushed shout. The house was empty other than us. Noone was in the garden. The voice came from inside the room. I think about it every day.
