This, from Francis Schaeffer in 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘊𝘩𝘶𝘳𝘤𝘩 𝘉𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘞𝘢𝘵𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘞𝘰𝘳𝘭𝘥, is so good. God’s law and biblical truth lay the tracks upon which love runs. We’ve gone off the rails.

A few takeaways after rereading :
• 19,000 letters of Schaeffer’s exist, most of which were dictated into a recorder and transcribed.
• When responding to mail, he often said he had read the recipient’s letter with great care and interest. I believe that was always true.
