I had to set the bed area as a +10 so I could set this at 152.5mm x or w/e it is but it fits!
No needing to fiddle around w the printer.cfg file! Woohoo!
More than enough room on the sides for it to finish just fine

It is currently working just fine, so far.
I had to set the bed area as a +10 so I could set this at 152.5mm x or w/e it is but it fits!

Well it's not, sadly. It goes past the bed. I have previously adjusted the extruder offset & it had a diff issue w probe bynd mvmnt boundaries so now I have to find print.cfg again & figure out total boundaries for x&y axis & change values & update to reboot

A new one, relatively speaking; as the majority of the time some skill issue haver (me) had only managed to get a benchy going for this long(ish)
I think this is longer & more simplified to be honest but who cares if it actually works! This 🕑!

The one outside is just remounted differently from the one inside
It sucks better
The fan for the heating element is lower than the fan on that side, so more plenum volume & the short runner to the fan help the intake & total air flow coming out!

I lost one of the screws down the side of the enclosure at the bottom
This had better fix it
Otherwise it's an entire new rotating gear filament injector transmission dude
W/e it is called, it's needing to be replaced (or just buy a bamboo or prusa

The first issue I see
Also it has a weird inner diameter layer line separation..
I suspect it's just the belt & bearings giving out & needing some help for the radius
After a point it's a hardware issue (either organic & or synthetic)
