It largely did not do anything else to my system but my stomach did feel better. At worst it was benign for me at best it helped my stomach stop hurting.

I used it during the summer because I was having stomach pains that were driving me up the wall. Read somewhere it could help. I took a drop every day and it made me smell like a pizza shop counter. It did appear to help my stomach pain, but who knows if it was that or something else.
