I couldn’t crimp the edges properly but it tasted so gooooood! The pie sheets were small and rectangular and I couldn’t be bothered to roll them so I did lattice top.

A thing of beauty it will not be, but I hope it tastes good! Thank you for the inspiration! We are desperately trying to eat all the broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots before they flower and I was running out of ways to make them appetizing! Too much to fit in a pie plate!
