No, she said she isn't afraid of the darkness anymore during the limit cut DLC. Also, there is no destroying darkness. All the characters know there must always be a balance between both light and darkness.

The Keyblade rejected Riku because Sora proved that his heart was stronger than his and because Riku was succumbing to the darkness he couldn't control. The Keyblade doesn't care if you are good or evil. All you need is a strong heart to wield one.

That wasn't Terra's darkness talking. That was Xehanort. Sora is telling Terra in KH3 to resist Master Xehanort's darkness that has control over him.
