Personally, I don't use creme too much because you have to wash it out / it can get a little crusty if you use too much.
Spray is nice and light and doesn't really need a rinse out (but can get a lil' friz)

Sea Salt spray while your hair is still sopping wet will curl it.
If you scrunch it gently between your palm and fingers and work up top from bottom it will get even more texture.
