so a dumb "shower thought" popped into my head: if a portal was floating in front of you w/o frame or wall; like you see in many fantasy; and a body or thing was tossed at it and only half hit the portal, would it bounce off? or would half go through and half fall to the side?

I found this Lego mini figure of Frieren (from the anime Frieren: Beyond Journey's End) on AliExpress for a couple bucks. She came with 3 faces (2 heads). If they make her companions, I'll have to pick them up since she's the lone fantasy character in a town of Sci-fi and Super Heroes.
