Not, but it's certainly tempting!
The design is kinda underwhelming compared to some of the Star Wars UCS sets. It definitely looks better from the back/top down, but from the front/bottom up, the saucer section is pretty blocky, and the deflector is all wrong. But the mini figs!

Well that sounds fun!
The jetboats are a good time (in the summer). There's one that goes downriver to the mouth of the Willamette, and another you can take upriver to OC.
They do spins and splashes, but the driver/guide also gives you some PDX history and fun facts along the way.

A lot of people (myself included for a long time) don't really get how much Willamette River and "port" in "Portland" is north of the Fremont and St. John's bridges. It's pretty wild.
