Employer's don't have to provide any supplemental OT or tip reporting for 2025. This is going to make claiming the OT deduction interesting. Best we may have to go on in some cases will be their final pay stub.

For years, we've informally had "Sacred space. Purposeful work" beside our actual mission statement.

Really need bunnies to stop nesting in our terrier-patrolled yard. This is the 2nd year it's happened.
One little guy was in our living room this morning, the other on the back patio.
They were super squirmy which is hopefully a good sign. We found the nest, put them back, and blocked it off. 🤞
