Our star EP Fellow Rob Kerley (winner of the VT Innovation Award) wrote up our experience using ICD electrograms to target fascicular substrate to ablate VF. When combined with a HPSD RF we observed very favorable outcomes.

We did a very thorough evaluation using a phantom model with leadless pacemakers exposed to clinically relevant radiation doses. We tried our best, but we were unable to create any artifact or impact battery life.

We perfected rapid staining of our potato model (el modelo de la papa) to quickly assess PFA lesion characteristics. This has been critical for PFA education and research.

Free read at @JICE_EP. There are many variables to consider for PFA. We examined one parameter (interpulse delay) and found that lesions were larger when the time between pulses was increased, regardless of total energy delivered.
