I say "for some reason" because where I paused, had nothing at all to do with Solas??? I just saw a random video I think and my brain went "Hm, it is time." and well. 🙃

and sure enough. i got veilguard, and have paused my playthru in act 2 because even tho i was on the emmrich & rook & lucanis train, for some reason i paused to start playing DA:I properly.

same thing w/ solas specifically. DA was always on my peripheral of "i should play that" but just didn't have the time or anything really. and i specifically was like "despite initial impression of Bald, I need to stay away from Solas." because I JUST INNATELY KNEW

i know this will wind up happening because its what happened w/ joe and alice in mechaland. i specifically tried very hard to NOT watch a.i artificial intelligence because i knew i'd like it too much. 4yrs later im about to break 100k words and the fic isnt even NEAR finished
