received one of my retro gaming grails as an early birthday present. ♡♡♡ The limited edition Cardcaptor SakuraGameboy Color! Many units' white plastic have yellowed over the years, but i think the cream colour it's become is even cuter than the original white. I will cherish her forever 💕🌸

been taking lots of walks in rundle park lately, going to visit a small pelican flock. this year is the first time i've seen them in the city. really grateful for the easily accessible nature around me during tumultuous times. 💕🦢

headache from crying so hard today. we buried sweet dee in the yard and cammy got a cute little headstone for her. i wrapped her gently in a box with the sprig of millet she tried staying alive for. she was so important to me. little energizer budgie and an absolute clown. her loss is tremendous 🌈🕊

sweet dee has taken a turn for the worst and will likely not make it until the end of the day. she was diagnosed with gout a month ago, and despite getting on a treatment plan, there was no improvement. she began struggling to keep her head up and eyes open last night.

sweet dee's first time under anesthesia today -- was told she was biting everyone in her sleep. my lil fighter. waiting on test results, but the vet seems optimistic there is a treatment plan for my little bundle of sunshine. she ate many millets and was very high energy once home. 🦜💕

Can we ever catch a break? Poor little Dee is very likely dealing with a later stage of bumblefoot right now. Getting her into the vet and starting home remedies as of tonight. Just when I was starting to feel relief from her last health scare. Ack. The distress is killing me.

Hung out with my little bro in order to retail therapy the sads away yesterday. We planned on watching Wild at Heart, my favorite Lynch film, and discovered my copy was missing when we got back. Thankfully he hadn't seen Inland Empire either, so that was our honorable viewing choice last night.

she is very underweight and blood tests weren't an option for her. she has been given the go ahead to be a little millet monster in the mean time, and will perhaps get some blood tests if she can hit a proper goal weight. she is comfy at home with her flock. 💕
