Q: Was there a choice for affected CTS sites to accept a provincial deal for HART hubs and close their CTS knowing people will die?
Kitchener's CTS site is NOT a HART hub recipient. It's closed. Still no justice for the local applicant, and 1000s of people across Ontario.
