Up until about 8 years ago my annual visits were very boring. I even joked with my doctor. Then I started falling apart and now I dread going because they'll find something new every time.

They figure colon cancer is slow growing so you don't need colonoscopies beyond your 70s. Or docs think something else will kill you.

After reading my instructions, I wrote out my timeline in a more simple form which helped me.
