Yes! The Wandering Isle seems to be permanently unlocked for all your toons once you finish the Pandaren Heritage story. Visit any time! (*Unless they change it before release!)

Sadly, we haven't seen any sign of these other two windsteeds (white and gold) yet. I still hope they're coming!

It brings our most important new feature in years: h̸o̸u̸s̸i̸n̸g̸ tameable WINDSTEEDS!

Two colours are known to be tameable on the Wandering Isle after you complete the Pandaren Heritage storyline, WHICH ALSO UNLOCKS THE ISLE FOR YOUR NON-PANDAREN CHARACTERS!

I almost forgot another untameable new jelly model in Midnight: Siphoids!

These flying void jellies are mostly classed as Aberrations but could easily form part of a future Jellyfish/Medusoid family. There are already so many flying jelly models, such a family would start with loads of diversity!

One more untameable model from Midnight that I've included in our database are these spore jellies.

We now have a range of flying jellyfish, including aurelids from Shadowlands and the eyeball jellies from BfA. Combined, they could make a fun and diverse family some day.
WoW:Midnight spore jellies in a 2x2 grid with 4 colours: blue with purple glow, green with yellow glow, purple with blue glow, and red with orange glow. These flying jellies have squid-like tentacles. Their body (bell) section is hollow with several large openings on either side, revealing a glowing interior that is almost like a vehicle cabin, with a spore-like sphere on the floor of the hollow. On top they have a fin and two 'antennae' with glowing tips.

Another group of untameable Midnight beasts I added are harrowers - in 6 colours.

With deepflayers they could be added to Bats, but it could also make sense for harrowers, deepflayers, and Legion's felbats to form their own "Dreadbat" family.

For now I've left them out of an official family.

Adding some Midnight beasts to our database that are probably not going to be tameable at release but would make good pets in the future.

Ultradons are effectively giant, bipedal lizards, so I've unofficially classed them as Scalehides. They're currently untameable.

Their body colours are all neutral greyishexcept for the coloured crest, and some glow patches on their arms and backs. Left to right: blue, orange, red, teal. The top row depict the butcher, more primal mode, which is very similar to the bottom row except for more muscled arms, and slighty larger crests with a matching glow effect.

Midnight Alpha: crystal scorpids in at least 2 colours (blue & green) retain their stingers when tamed!

All older ones lose this essential component but will hopefully be updated to match.

It's a shame the update didn't include their crystal chelicerae, but it's a very positive sign!

Great news from MIDNIGHT Alpha! 🌳

The tome that teaches FLORAFAUN (plant beast) taming has been found by @valnaaros.bsky.social!

And it's mercifully not too hard, dropping from at least some (maybe all) florafaun rares. We'll develop a clearer idea over time.

Tamed devilsaptors are BIG right now!
a male draenei hunter with a devilsaptor pet: like a tyrannosaur but with plant-like components, such as green-maroon woody / leafy skin and a pinkish bloom-like crest behind its head. It towers maybe 4x the height of the hunter!

Thinking of my gorgeous and clever girl Freya, who would have turned 35 today were she still with us. The best dog I’ve ever known.

She’s immortalised at Trueshot Lodge in Highmountain (with variant name spelling because apparently ‘Freya’ is restricted).

WINDSTEEDS!! And at least 4 unavailable cloud serpents.

Currently, these are only accessible for Pandaren but I hope more races will have access to these tames (and the Isle!)

Some extra beasts were added to increase family diversity during the experience.

I'm not sure where they are as I haven't had time to even think about playing yet.

Also, this really lovely fungal strider, which tragically doesn't have a family and only comes in one colour.

The model seems to be quite massive and it's unlikely to be allowed to be tameable as it is. They'd probably have to produced a scaled version.

A fungal strider: sort of like a blue brontosaurus with a gigantic mushroom cap where its head should be, and glowing pink fungal growths on its back, tail, and a couple on its head like giant antennae. The underside of its 'head' has bright pink mushroom gills.

Tonight, I added only a few things that are less likely to become tameable in Midnight, but who knows? Maybe they'll add some special rares!

Mainly, three light and dark phoenix models, which I've grouped together for practicality.

The 'darkwell' model has a dark, void-blue top half and golden light chest, legs, and tail, separated in an irregular line. The light phoenix is golden with a bright aura.

It mostly works, too! It's just missing textures for the vines on its head (hard to see in the image but they have bad textures). Also, on the mount textures the harness straps have corresponding shadows on the body skins, but that's not major.

It would be very easy for an artist to adapt, anyway!

These mukleeches are a new and unusual addition to the Worm family in Midnight. They come in a range of cool two-tone colours.

Mukleeches coming in Midnight. These are creepy crawlies with a hard upper carapace, no visible eyes, six arthropod-like legs, and a mouth full of very sharp teeth. Olive, Bronze & green, Dark Brown & Purple, Red & Green, Black & Brown.
